Healthy, tasty foods for weight loss on the go?
Still trying to lose weight. Problem I’m faced with is I’m running out of ideas for good tasting food on the go. I have been eating stuff like bananas and nuts, and dried meats, and all the average fruits and veggies that store well at room temperature. But if anyone has any good ideas for food that keeps well at room temp, doesn’t matter if it has to be cooked or not, just so long as I can store it in my car, or a locker, anywhere there isn’t a fridge handy.

Room temperature? try tinned tomatoes and tinned broad beans.
You can also buy a couple carrots each day and celery and cucumbers. Walking to the supermarket will keep you extra fit too.,,,
